[LTER-luq-pi] for tomorrow's meeting

Hi Folks,

I provide you with key parts of the annual reports for the last two years
in hopes we can find some meat to put on the bones of the Progress Report.
I mostly want to think about what graphics to include.

I also provide a more detailed schedule that I want to share with the Site
Review Team.  I need your approval for this.  Then we can take it and turn
it into a script with details of who talks what/where.
