Hi,

*My main concern* is to have all ongoing data sets up-to-date by the
beginning of March, time where I expect the reviewers to be browsing our
website.

Please make sure you support me in getting on time all investigators' data
till 2015 at least.

*My second* *concern* *(equally important as the first one)* is to make
sure we publish in our website (LUQ Data Catalog) all the data that we
talked about in our proposal. I have learned from other IMs that their
sites got...into trouble, let's say, because of this!

So far, I have only received a new data set from Schowalter (this year-to
be published this week) and from Uriarte and Zimmerman in October 2016).

*Another thing that I would like to be clear of* is the level of
participation you want from me at this event, besides talking to the IM
reviewer. When should I be present during the entire process?

*For your information*, I have contacted about half of he investigators
requesting they update their ongoing data sets and am planning to contact
them all by the end of this week providing them the lists of their ongoing
data sets. (For your reference visit : LUQ Long-Term, Ongoing data sets.)

I have received an answer from only one investigator. Those who we enter
the data for(~3-4) do not worry me.

Thank you for your support to IM.

Hi Jess,

I am working from home today and will be accompanying my husband for a
medical procedure on Wednesday.

Several things that have come up:

1. Meeting with the dean of "Estudios Graduados " and a chemistry Porfesor
tomorrow at 2pm.
2. Request from Jorge for you, I and one or more graduate student to
participate in the "Semana de Investigación".

I will send you a brief message covering the specifics for each of these
events.

Also, do you want to talk about the web site's update this week? I received
recommendations (more like minor details to fix or enhance) from Waide and
John Porter.

You can call me any time.
