[LTER-im] MATLAB script inclusion?

There is a way to have the existing code generation web service go to a
non-standard repository (or for that matter, any web-accessible EML
document).
http://www.vcrlter.virginia.edu/data/eml2/PASTAprogWebService.pdf has
all the nitty-gritty.

I could also easily write a version of the web service that points to
PASTA-S instead of PASTA if there is demand for it...
