There is a way to have the existing code generation web service go
to a non-standard repository (or for that matter, any web-accessible
EML document). <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
href="http://www.vcrlter.virginia.edu/data/eml2/PASTAprogWebService.pdf">http://www.vcrlter.virginia.edu/data/eml2/PASTAprogWebService.pdf</a>
has all the nitty-gritty. <br>
<br>
I could also easily write a version of the web service that points
to PASTA-S instead of PASTA if there is demand for it...<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">Hi Jonathan,<br>
<br>
The "analyze with R, Matlab, SAS...' option automatically
generates the appropriate script (to the best of XSLTs
ability) based on the EML metadata for that specific data
package, so including a separate script is not an option.
This process is executed on a server at VCR (the wonder of
web services), courtesy of John Porter, and with the help of
the Workflow Working Group. You may, however, include the
script as part of the data package and document the script
within the EML as "software".<o:p></o:p></p>
