[LTER-luq-pi] one thing for meeting on Thursday

Hi folks,

We were working on an advertisement for the new leadership position in LUQ
before ESA but never completed a reworking of the text to everyones
satisfaction.  So, I attach a draft with Mike and Whendee's modifications,
with an alternative lead suggested by Whendee tacked on the bottom.  We
need to move foreward with this discussion.
