[LTER-im] Funding for LTER information managers at ASM

The Environmental Data Initiative has generously offered to cover costs for
28 LTER information managers (1 from each site) to attend the All
Scientists' Meeting. We're working out logistics on how to arrange travel,
but I wanted you all to know that you have a little more breathing room
around who is covered.
