[LTER-im] updating personel

Hi Marty;

Here is a spreadsheet with the info I know about the personnel at the NGA
LTER site.  I do not know if any of them have userids, and I could only
find a few ORCIDs.

Our first cruise is happening now, but if this missing info is essential, I
can ask them all when they get back.
