[LTER-im] MATLAB script inclusion?

Hi Brian,

Apparently, the VCR service assumes the request originates from production
PASTA. It would require a bit code change on either VCR's service end point
or both VCR and PASTA services to make this process context sensitive. I
cannot speak for John Porter, but our current situation does not provide
for any new development in PASTA. Perhaps in 2-3 months the state of
funding will change to allow this feature.

On another note, please beware that we are not protecting data content in
staging/development beyond the standard authorization ACLs in production --
I was a bit concerned about your "embargo" text in your email.

Sincerely,
Mark
