<div dir="ltr">Hi Brian,<div><br></div><div>Apparently, the VCR service assumes the request originates from production PASTA. It would require a bit code change on either VCR's service end point or both VCR and PASTA services to make this process context sensitive. <p class="MsoNormal">Hi Jonathan,<br>
<br>
The "analyze with R, Matlab, SAS...' option automatically generates the appropriate script (to the best of XSLTs ability) based on the EML metadata for that specific data package, so including a separate script is not an option. This process is executed on
a server at VCR (the wonder of web services), courtesy of John Porter, and with the help of the Workflow Working Group. You may, however, include the script as part of the data package and document the script within the EML as "software".<u></u><u></u></p>
