[LTER-im] UNM Network not reachable...

Dear LTER user,

It appears that the University of New Mexico network is back online,
including the LTER NIS Data Portal (https://portal.lternet.edu) and PASTA (
https://pasta.lternet.edu). We do not yet know the cause of this outage
and instability may continue throughout the evening. Again, we apologize
for any inconvenience this network outage may have caused.
