[LTER-im] UNM Network not reachable...

Dear LTER user,

The University of New Mexico is experiencing campus-wide network
instability since approximately 11AM MDT this day (22 Aug 2016). As such,
access to the LTER NIS Data Portal (https://portal.lternet.edu) and PASTA (
https://pasta.lternet.edu) are not accessible. I will notify LTER users
when the status changes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
