Dear Colleagues,

As well, we have a group action item: Please have a look at the ILTERC Bylaws Draft in our Google drive, and make suggestions no later than April 29th. Please change your editing mode to Suggestions<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8B0HaLk0_s>, which is google docs version of track changes.
