[LTER-nco-travel] Jonathan Thompson reimbursement for ILTER in South Africa

Hi Lisa,
I'm copying Ana Peters, our new LTER travel coordinator at
nco-travel at lternet.edu. In general, Ana will handle these kinds of requests.

Dr. Thompson should submit his receipts to Harvard and Harvard will need to
send us an *itemized* invoice after Dr. Thompson completes the trip. Please
note that the LTER-NCO is covering expenses for the main meeting (October
9-13) up to $3000 total for senior researchers. That includes airfare,
which should have been booked through Santa Barbara Travel. There are
several side trips offered before the meeting, which we are asking
travelers to cover at their own expense.
