[LTER-luq] 15-min interval rainfall data

These data would certainly have lots of uses.

Defining a "drought" is one use we have had for some time.

Is it determined by the number of days with below average rainfall? That
was an earlier definition that I think we widely used in the LUQ book.

What is our current definition?
