[LTER-luq] Annual report due - Please read

Hi all -

It's time for us to start putting the annual report together for 2016.
Attached are two documents that anyone who received money should fill out.
For the participants section, please input these directly into the excel
file, NOT the word document. This will make it much easier to upload them
to the NSF website!

In addition, update any publications and datasets. Please consider adding
any new LTER funded datasets to the database.

*Reports are due December 23*
