[LTER-luq] "Final" logo design vote

Hello Sarah

#43 needs some dark green forest at least on one side of the river. The
lightening bolts seem inappropriate...do we see lightening during tropical
storms or hurricanes? I do not recall any...but we see lots here in the
southeast!

Otherwise #43 gets my vote!
