The Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute (SCBI)
<https://nationalzoo.si.edu/conservation> seeks two interns to participate
in a European Research Council funded project addressing ecological
determinants of tropical and temperate trends in insect diversity. This
internship will be based in the CTFS-ForestGEO-Forest Ecosystems & Climate
lab
<http://www.forestgeo.si.edu/group/Ecosystems+and+Climate/+EcoClim+Lab+at+SCBI>
in Front Royal, Virginia.

This is a six-month position with a start date in mid-April 2017.


The position(s) will be compensated with a stipend sufficient to cover
living expenses, potentially including on-site housing.
