Subject: Weather Update from National Weather Service

I spoke with the weather desk this morning (Thursday the 28th). Here is what they said:

Conditions will continue to be unstable and wet through Saturday. The AM hours could be sunny. Clouds will increase throughout the day. Storms are imminent in the north and east portions of the island in the PM hours. With streams and soils saturated this could lead to hazardous conditions of flash floods and landslides.
