Grizelle,

I am really sorry for the miscommunication.  Others have conflicts on Tuesdays, that is why we moved it to Thursdays.  We'll have to check with everyone again to see if they can meet at the times you suggest.  It will take some time.

Jess – This is the first time I see these proposed dates.  If we are to ensure everyone’s participation at the MC meeting; I suggest we share dates in writing and in advance with the full group.

I do have a conflict on Oct 20th; and in general Thursday s are not good for me.  I suggest we keep the MC on Tuesdays as last semester.  Thus rather than meeting on Novemeber 3rd, I suggest we meet Nov 1 or 15th.  Rather than December 1st, meet November 29th.  And instead of December 29th, I propose we meet on December 13th .

I have no conflicts with the all hands on the Nov 17 and 22nd – as that is consistent to the “regular” schedule.

Please let me know alternative dates for MC meetings.  Right now I have conflict with all.
