[LTER-luq-pi] Fwd: By-laws

Dear SEAC members,

In preparation for our Sept 10 meeting, I send you a copy of the By-Laws
and notes regarding potential changes.  We will start out meeting with a
review of the By-Laws, proceed with a discussion of how we best utilize the
SEAC to manage the LTER program, and then turn to potential changes in the
By-Laws.  That can be our starting point.

Please let me know if you want to provide additional agenda items.
