Hello ADSA Community!

A few weeks back we announced our pivot from an in-person ADSA Annual
Meeting to a virtual format. As promised, we now have a preliminary *schedule
of virtual sessions* for you to check out.

be adding a few more sessions in the coming week, but for now, go ahead and
register (free!) for sessions that catch your eye!

We kick off the virtual series with *Data science for social impact in
university-based programs*

Led by *Sarah Stone* (UW eScience Institute) and *Doug Hague* (UNCC School
of Data Science), the session will have short 'roadmap' presentations on
these approaches aimed at organizations interested in designing similar
programs, followed by a panel session featuring leaders of various programs
to draw out commonalities and challenges as well as potentially unique
situations for each approach.
