[LTER-im] LTER IMC Information exchange (and shared google drive)

Dear LTER IMs,
A recording of today's information exchange is available on the shared IM
google drive, here:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0AABt1FqIzosUUk9PVA, under
LTER-IM-exchange and today's date. Everyone who has a google account
attached to their standard email has been given access to this set of
folders and you are welcome to use it for sharing materials. Please note
that, unlike standard google drives, when you move or delete something on a
shared google drive, it moves for everyone.

Note that there is also a folder for sharing materials related to upcoming
site reviews:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1UWmQmHT3GF-RxfTWLizLsxe_AXMctWZt

This shared drive is not intended to be an archival repository. It's for
active work on current projects where the google drive format allows the
best balance of easy, controlled access. Once a document, report, or
project is completed, it should be moved to LTER GitHub (
https://github.com/lter), EDI (https://environmentaldatainitiative.org/#)
or the LTER Network website (
https://lternet.edu/?taxonomy=document-types&term=information-management),
depending on the most relevant audience or tool.

If I do not have an address with a linked google account for you, you'll
hear from me shortly.
Thanks,
Marty
