[LTER-im] EDI data repository experiencing network issues...

The Environmental Data Initiative data repository is currently experiencing
operational instability due network outages at the University of New
Mexico. This situation began at approximately 8:00PM MST on Wednesday 21
March and continued through the night. Although access to the repository is
intermittent, we do not recommend uploading new data to the repository
until this situation is resolved. We will keep you informed as information
becomes available. We apologize for this inconvenience.
