[LTER-im] Travel costs estimates for the request due today

I've been to several ESIP meetings, and they always cover continental breakfast and food for the poster session (dinner). From the meeting info page: "All registrations include lunches, morning and afternoon food and beverage breaks and the poster session reception."

Plane tickets are highly variable, they could be $1000 from Portland or I might be able to snag one for $600. It’s also important to note that Bloomington, IN is an hour, plus, shuttle ride from Indiana International Airport. I found this company that shuttles every 2 hours throughout the day (http://goexpresstravel.com/airport_shuttle_schedule) for $20 each way. There are other options, but seemed more expensive. If you arrive after 10 pm or need to leave before 8 am, then you will need to find another option.

Luckily for us who are only just doing this today, Suzanne has shared her cost estimates. Thank you Suzanne!
