[LTER-im] Fwd: Re: Publisher location requested for data set DOI

Hi all -

as part of teasing apart of LTER and EDI-pasta, EDI is refining the way
it presents data citations. This has already started, of course. There
are a number of resources for data citations already, so we'll reference
as much material as needed.

So our advice to LTER sites:
Short term: don't reconfigure your EML to match the current citation
display, because that will change.
Mid term: be ready to provide input you may have on data citations.
Longer term: you will probably want to understand how the display
templates work, so you can structure your EML to take best advantage of
them.
