The Belmont Forum e-Infrastructures and Data Management project is 
developing a quick data management skills gap survey to get a picture of 
existing training options and the most urgent priorities for skill 
development. You may also be interested in their Phase I deliverable,

/Please help the Belmont Forum e-Infrastructures and Data Management 
capacity building team determine current workforce development options,
