[LTER-im] IMC Virtual Water Cooler this Mon/Tue Aug 8/9

Hi,

My feeling is that there was already a mechanism in place for people who
wanted to present something.  I'm not certain requiring people to share
things they don't feel is worth sharing is a great use of our limited
time.  If not many people have signed up, I'd prefer we just extend the
time allotted to preceding agenda items.
