[LTER-im-rep] ASM Posters

I suggested to Bob that we might do a poster on the decentralized data 
management project. I think Phil's latest ppt is already a great start 
for that. All we need right now is an abstract.

I've been talking to Peter G lately, and he has a few comments, too. His 
main comment is that the ppt slides seem a little two inward-focused. 
More to follow.
