[LTER-education] Needs Assessment Draft Feedback

Hi everyone,
A few meetings ago I asked about Needs Assessments for teachers, both to determine need and to establish a baseline for assessing programs.
I have drafted one that I hope to use to guide my new programs. I'm including a link to it here, and I would really appreciate feedback from anyone interested in this approach. In exchange, I'm happy to share a draft in the Team Drive for anyone to re-purpose and use.
