Hi All,

This is a fantastic idea and like you all said we need to jump on this
quickly.

 Please fill out this When to Meet by Monday the 15th 5pm Pacific Time.
<https://www.when2meet.com/?7935249-sxNjV> If we have a group of people who
can meet we'll hold a planning meeting. If these times don't wok for you
send out an invite that does and we'll try to make it fit.

Here is a Google Doc for the meeting agenda/notes.
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/137AuqaDNDS-8LIvxBA2aa8U-posCN3cgWjCJKoJiHGo/edit?usp=sharing>
Please add to it. Its located in:Working Groups>2-Research Experience
for...>RET>2019 RET Webinar

I can set up the webinar and depending on the timing help run it but I
won't be able to lead the conversation.

Cheers,
Sam
