[LTER-education] All Scientists' Meeting clarification

Dear Education and Outreach Managers--
The Education and Outreach Committee will meet on the Sunday prior to the
All Scientists Meeting. One Education/Outreach Rep should have been
included on the list of seven people requested by each site. The NCO will
cover the additional night's lodging/food for 1 Education/Outreach rep per
site. We may be able to accommodate additional people at the meeting, but
your site would need to cover additional costs for a second representative.
