Noelia Baez of LUQ recently shared the attached document with me.  I think its a wonderful resource and and upon chatting with her and the author (Didi Pershouse) we thought the ed reps at the Network might find it useful too.


If you get a chance take a look at the Manual and let me or Caitlin know if you think that Didi Pershouse should be a guest speaker for a future EOC call.
