Hi everyone,
Thanks for your contributions today. Given that each semester brings new conflicts in scheduling, please keep in mind that you are welcome to recruit a 'co-rep' for your site. Please just be sure that Marty knows who your primary rep is (for the record). Marty is also the one who can get any co-reps onto the mailing list.

Also, if you have suggestions for the new prompt in our annual committee report, please let me or Nameer know:
Do you see specific opportunities for improving network coordination (or coordination with other networks) that are of interest to your committee? If so, are there specific ways that the network leadership (PIs, LNO) could support your committee to realize those opportunities?

I look forward to bringing in some guest presenters and facilitated sessions toward the end of the year. Until then, thanks for your patience with the constant information gathering and idea exchange.

Best,
Cora

Subject: LTER Diversity Call This Afternoon!

Hi DEI folks,
I apologize for the late reminder of today's call.

You can find the agenda here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_D1FnCzTofZ6q4r4LxFbrkNbrSQNHERG9o9ZGDsQZ3o/edit#heading=h.vaq7nynbp4z2> and the standing links are appended below.
This month is our full group meeting. Today we'll be focusing on:
What planned DEI actions has your site successfully implemented in the past year or so? Lesson learned; practices worth sharing?
What planned DEI actions have faltered or failed to come to fruition? Lesson learned? Path forward?
Are there patterns that emerge across our sites? How can these inform within and across site conversations?
