Dear LTER Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee,

Thanks to Cora and Nameer for running a great meeting today. 19 people have
added their availability for meetings this term. If you are not one of
them, please visit the link below to record your availability.

Thank you!
Marty

There are several individuals who have not been able to participate in
committee meetings in 2020 due to standing scheduling conflicts. We would
like to set a standing meeting time that can accommodate as many active
participants as possible. Please fill out the linked "when-to-meet" poll
indicating times when it would be possible for you to meet *in most months*
.

Please visit

   - *Please enter your time zone *on the top left of the window before
      marking your availability.
      - *Please ignore the dates on the poll.* The survey is for general
availability *in most weeks*. Using specific dates allows us to
access the time zone adaptation function of when-to-meet.
      - Please *disregard travel or other short-term commitments*. If you
have a one-week per month commitment in a time slot, please mark it as
available and include a note regarding which week of the month you are
unavailable. If you have two or more conflicting events in a
month, mark it
      as unavailable.

Fingers crossed for a widely available meeting time!

Thanks,
Marty
