Dear LTER Lead PIs,
I wanted to make you aware of this set of upcoming workshops, led by the
Center for Diverse Leadership in Science. The December 8 workshop is
probably the most relevant. Although I know that many of you don't have
immediate control over the hiring process at your institutions, strategies
will be discussed that can be implemented from any position.
Registration for AGU is not required for workshop registration.
Thanks,
Marty

Dear Colleagues,
Attached is a flyer on workshops on *Cultivating leadership for change and
justice in the geosciences *that are primarily designed for faculty and
administrators, as well as future faculty. The workshops are an opportunity
to discuss practices that can be implemented at the departmental level in
your institutions. They are occurring at major conferences including AGU,
AMS, and ESA. We held a workshop at the GSA annual meeting and it was well
attended and received, with 150 participants.
The next workshop is on December 8th and you can register at this link

all the best,
Aradhna
