We will hold our first meeting of the renewed LTER diversity committee tomorrow.
After a brief review of recent diversity-related activities, we'll spend the majority of this first meeting on introductions and idea-gathering. For introductions, I'll ask for:

  *   Name
  *   Site and role
  *   Relevant experience or interest
  *   Favored ideas or approaches for improving diversity, equity and inclusion in the LTER network (doesn't need to be original, a +1 to someone else's idea or doubling down on current strategies is OK)

We'll only be able to allocate a minute each for introductions -- and clearly some ideas will require a bit more background and might benefit from sharing links.
