[LTER-diversity] Diversity Committee Meeting

Dear Diversity Committee,
Survey says...the best meeting time is:
Friday, March 13 at 11 am Pacific time (12 MT / 1 pm CT / 2 pm ET).

We will aim to find a regular meeting time that accommodates most people,

a google-associated email address for you. It's a big committee and we want
to get moving quickly, so I've added a google document for people to begin

I've also moved over background documents and activities from the the
current diversity committee (in the 2015-2020 folder) and am extracting a
few key documents for your reference.
