Hi all,
Looking forward to talking tomorrow. One of the topics on our agenda is
whether we want to develop guidelines or a handbook for site communicators.
To inform the conversation, I've included some  examples of IM and EOC
guidelines for sites (both a bit out of date, but both with new versions
under development)
