[LTER-BioProd] Agenda paper: new draft, and request to present

Dear Mary and all,

I enjoyed reading thought the draft and added my comments (on top of the
Laura's and Michel's). I have some thoughts for figures (especially for
fig. 2) but have no concrete idea yet. I am happy to work on any further
revisions for figures and texts.
