[LTER-BioProd] Agenda paper: new draft, and request to present

Hi Mary et al.,

This paper looks great. It frames the problem well and in a way that
doesn’t seem to put down past work but still points out the need for growth
in these directions. There is nothing major in the attached doc, but some
smaller ideas that may be worth considering!

Thanks for all the work you’ve put into this. It is a well written and very
useful paper! Let me know how I can help going forward!
