Hi Mary and all,

Thanks for moving this paper forward so effectively during the last meeting!

I have included my most important comments in the attached document. I am inclined to keep this paper relatively short and focused to increase impact.

All the best,
Michel

This is an ‘opt-out’ paper from the working group, which means we are all authors unless you communicate to me that you would rather not be. This reflects contributions from anyone at the previous meetings, because we have discussed it and worked on it each time.

Some sections are more polished than others, and wording and ideas can still be streamlined a bit among sections. Do what you can by March 4th so we can call the March 4th version our first full draft. I will be working on it too next week, as I can.
