[LTER-All-lter] Important reminder about the All Scientists Meeting

Dear Colleagues

Today is the last opportunity to request housing for the 2015 LTER All
Scientists meeting.  After today, the contracted LTER room reservation
will end and on-site housing cannot be guaranteed.

This is also the last notice for the final deadline to submit poster
abstracts and working group meeting requests which is THIS FRIDAY, July
31.

These submissions need not be in final form and can be updated at any
point prior to the meeting.  At least enter a place-holder if you plan
to submit anything so poster board and meeting room space can be reserved.

Friday, July 31 is also the last day for "early" registration.  After
this day, registration fees will increase from $50 to $75.

Note that if you do not already have an active LTER account, you will
need to establish one to submit a poster abstract or working group
request. Since accounts are only approved during normal working hours,
this process can take at least a full day.
