Dear Colleagues,

Thank you to everyone who was able to join the call yesterday!  We did another round of changes to the Structure and Operating Guidelines<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-mBDKKbnwXSSJO1VW4XWsc3cHesMoRGh0kEafYetCJ4/edit>.  Email comments are welcome, especially regarding the following items in the "Composition and governance of the US LTER International Committee" section:


-          Term of service

-          Rotation of chairs

-          Number of committee members
