Hi Folks -

Tomorrow they will do an upgrade to the HP Ibrix software that runs
the enterprise storage at the UNM Center for Advanced Research
Computing.  The system will be down all day.  No secondary backups
will be made of data storage resources tonight. And the following
systems will be down do to dependencies on the RSC system:

ftp.lternet.edu


Since ftp will be required to be down, I will take this opportunity to
upgrade the operating system which is badly out of date.
