Hi everyone,





















We need
your assistance in preparing the project participants section of our 2015
annual report for the SBC LTER.  







By August 6, 2015 please send me the following information on all personnel, partner organizations, and other
collaborators who will have participated in the SBC-LTER from September 1, 2014
to August 31, 2015.






Note:
NSF has a new reporting system that requires additional information on
participants (see list below). 







Project Participants


Please
provide the following information for all project participants since September
1, 2014:


(1) First
Name, MI, Last Name of ALL persons
who worked significantly on the project:
(2) For each person listed, note if they are a previous participant in SBC



(3) Email
address for each person listed above


(4)
Identify the person's most senior role in the project as one of the
following categories:


            Other senior personnel (excluding PI and Co-PI)


            Post-doc (fellow, assistant, etc.)


            Graduate student (fellow, assistant, etc.)


            Undergraduate student


             REU
student- for REU students please provide a) year of schooling completed b) home institution and c) fiscal year of REU funding



            High school student


            Technical school student


            K-12 teacher


            Community college faculty/visitor


            Technical school faculty/visitor


            Technician, programmer, other professional staff



            Other-please specify

Briefly
 describe how this person participated in the project- (e.g. data 
collection, data analysis, project coordinator, faculty mentor, REU 
participant, module development, outreach activities etc.) Note: this
information is required for each participant as per new NSF guidelines




(6) State
the number of months each person will have worked on the project during
the reporting period. A month is equal to 160 hours.



(7) List the funding support, if any, provided to the participant


(8) Indicate if the participant was 
involved in international collaboration.  If yes, list the country of 
the foreign collaborator.  Indicate if the participant traveled to a 
foreign country, if yes, list  the country and the duration of the visit
 in days








Partner Organizations -


Provide
the following information for your partner organizations outside of UCSB that
are involved in the SBC LTER.  This
includes individuals at other academic institutions, other nonprofits,
industrial or commercial firms, state or local governments, schools or school
systems, or whatever - that have been involved with your project. Partner
organizations may provide financial or in-kind support, supply facilities or
equipment, collaborate in the research, exchange personnel, or otherwise
contribute.
