‌ ‌ The Road to COP26: Environmental science, policy, and energy students: Please apply! Dear Hubbard Brook Community, HBRF and partners are hosting The Road to COP26, a live, hybrid event held at the Susan N. McLane Audubon Center in Concord, NH and online on October 19, 2021 from 4:00–7:00 pm. The Road to COP26 will provide a preview of international climate negotiations from COP26 organizers and attendees, highlight what occurs outside of the negotiation rooms, showcase key themes, and outline what you can do to join the global climate movement before, during, and after COP26. Please join us! Click here to learn more and sign up for the event. Participants may join in person in Concord or attend online. We are also seeking 9–12 youth panelists to share the stage with climate diplomats, elected officials, environmental scientists, activists, and industry leaders. Applications are now open for graduate, undergraduate, and high school students to serve as panelists and share their climate, energy, and policy questions and hopes on a national platform with distinguished guests. Each student will receive specialized training — no experience required. Applications are due on October 3. Please share this announcement with your students and networks! To apply as a student panelist, click here. Presented by the Hubbard Brook Research Foundation, League of Conservation Voters, Revers Center for Energy at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and Sustainable Futures Consulting.
