[LTER-sbc_all] SBC LTER T-Shirt Orders 2019

Hello SBC LTER Team,

The day has finally arrived: SBC LTER t-shirt orders! This year we have a
few options: 2 SBC LTER shirts, a KELP shirt and a SBC LTER sweatshirt.

If you would like to order any of these items, please fill out the order

Prices below are estimates from last years order, so they could be more or
less depending on the order size. Shirts will be $10-15 while sweatshirts
will be $24-30.

Please fill out this form before April 30th. The plan is to have these
shirts before graduation/summer.

Once the order has been placed, I will send you an email with final prices
and payment information. Payment can be via cash, check, paypal or venmo.

Orders can be mailed upon request with an extra fee. If you want more than
one size of an item (ie. 2 SBC shirts: 1L, 2XS), fill out the "other"
category for multiple sizes. Feel free to buy gear for your family and
friends.
