[LTER-pub] committee documents

It looks like the draft version of Criteria, Guidelines and Protocols
document was posted but not the final one. I just posted the final version
on the documents section of the intranet and changed it's settings so that
it will stay at the top of the publications committee list.

If you need to direct people there -- the easiest path is to go to
intranet, choose "documents" from the top menu and publications committee
from the list of categories. If you have an update at some point, let me
know and I'm happy to replace it.
