Subject: Highway Department contract to resume on PR 191

The Contractor working on rehabilitation of PR 191 is resuming operations next Monday.  They will be working on concrete paved waterways.  This work takes place mostly on the road side but you should take necessary precautions as at times there will be equipment and construction personnel encroaching on a travel lane and occasional ready mix concrete vehicles traveling over the road.  The Contractor should be managing traffic (flaggers and signs) at all times that they occupy a travel lane.  Please inform me of any time that this practice is not taking place.
