[LTER-luq] UPR President and Chancellor visit to El Verde tomorrow

Dear Jess and LUQ LTER group:

I regret to inform that due to circumstances out of their control, the
President, the Chancellor and our Dean just cancelled their participation
tomorrow at the El Verde new building inauguration.  We will reschedule and
inform you all of the new date as soon as possible.
